Delivery & Returns

Ordering

When you place an order with us, we will send you an immediate e-mail as confirmation that we have received your order. Dartcity will check the availability of the goods and will notify you if any items are out of stock or if we require additional information. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that information on the site was not accurate; we will advise you of this. Dartcity reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Despatch and Delivery

Upon successfully processing your payment transaction, your goods will be dispatched usually within 24 hours of order placement (depending on availability). This excludes weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays.

UK addresses containing a full and valid UK Postal Code:

Small parcels will be sent with Royal Mail or tracked courier, dependant on the weight and value of the order. We have made our postage rates as accurate as possible so you receive the fairest quote we can give you. 

Your goods can normally be expected to arrive within 3-5 working days (incl. Saturday) of dispatch (excluding weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays). Larger/heavier items such as dartboards, mats, cabinets, etc may require a signature upon receipt and are usually sent via courier. Dartcity cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier service providers.

All UK postage is calculated by zone, meaning any Islands & Scottish Highlands addresses will receive an accurate postage quote at checkout so there are no hidden fees. 

If the order exceeds a certain weight we will not be able to offer a postage quote and you may be required to place the order in multiple parts. If you do experience an issue like this and require help, then please contact us at sales@dartcity.co.uk and we will assist however we can. If you anticipate placing a large order, feel free to contact us to discuss first!

Next Day Delivery

We do offer a Next Day Service for UK/NI Customers. This service is provided by either Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD or Parcelforce (NI only). These services are Monday - Friday delivery only. If you require a Saturday or AM delivery, please contact us at sales@dartcity.co.uk and we will get back to you with a postage quote as soon as possible.

Overseas Deliveries:

Postage/Carriage charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order. We are unable to calculate the final cost until you have completed your product selection and entered the checkout.

If the order exceeds a certain weight we will not be able to offer a postage quote and you may be required to place the order in multiple parts. We cannot be held responsible if items are delayed or late due to postal services, we endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible but we have no control over postal carriers and if a problem is encountered we ask that you give us time to resolve any queries. 

Please allow 14 days for delivery overseas.

Some areas within countries we can post to are not covered under the services we use and therefore cannot be posted. This will result in a full refund of any orders placed. Please contact us first if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country.
-This includes, but is not limited to; the following exception areas: Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Aland, Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Reunion, Franz, French Guyana, St. Pierre & Miquelon Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna, Madeira, Azores, San Marino, Sardinia, Livignio, Melila & Ceuta, Balearic, Canary Islands.

Please note that the situation for international posting is constantly changing. Whilst the timeframes given are correct most of the time, they are only estimates and are subject to change. 

Receiving your order

We hope that your receive your order in good time and in perfect condition; but the world is not perfect and things can go wrong. In the event that it appears to have been our fault and you've received the incorrect order or are missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be sure to resolve any problems

If you have not received your order, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch and we will investigate the problem and offer resolution. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with any of the goods, please contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will resolve any problems with a replacement or refund. We may require you to return the faulty goods, and will arrange at our own expense in these cases. If an item develops a fault after this timeframe, then feel free to contact us and we will attempt to help in accordance with our warranty policy under Terms & Conditions

Cancelling an Order/Exchanges/Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order. To do this, please contact us. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. However, please feel free to contact us at any time when considering returning any product for whatever reason and we will endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our ability. You must ensure that the goods are packaged sufficiently to protect against damage. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded/insured service for returning any items as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

All items for exchange or return must be returned in new condition with all tags and packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt. We cannot accept clothing or consumables that have been used, and any such goods will be returned to sender without refund. 

In the case of dart sets specifically, if you return a set with damaged flights/shafts we will withhold the cost of replacing a full set of each. 

Any Personalised Item(s) ( Flights, Shafts, Surrounds, Clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
