(b) Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends upon dispatch of the order. Once delivered you have 14 days to exercise a return under change of mind. If you are a consumer then for most goods bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, less the costs of the return. To qualify items must be:
(i) Unused in their original packaging
(ii) not excluded under any other heading in these terms
For damaged or faulty deliveries please see 1.10
(c) To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
(d) If you wish to cancel the order for any reason after goods have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The goods must be in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging and include any accessories or items supplied with them. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Dartcity, 1d Dobbin Street, Armagh, BT61 7QQ; or we can offer DPD collection from your home for £9.95.
If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded/insured service for returning any items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
1.91 Returns and refunds
(a) If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
(b) We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
